About the role
Contact potential clients and follow up on sales leads.
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable projects.
Maintain accurate client data and follow-up records using CRM systems.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads.
Stay updated on market trends and available real estate projects.
Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
0–1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
Passion for sales and real estate.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Good command of English and Arabic.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
